Shipping Overview

Twins Coffee ships orders with Canada Post, UPS and Purolator.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped during weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Domestic Shipping: Estimated 2-5 business days.

Tracking Information

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Twins Coffee is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Lost Packages

If you received a damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@twinscoffee.ca with your order number and a photo of the item.
If an order is lost in transit, please contact us to initiate a claim.
